Raffaela "Raffa" Busch serves as the firm’s Receptionist and Executive & Marketing Assistant. Originally from Santiago, Chile, she studied Hotelería y Servicios at INACAP, earning a technical degree in Hospitality, and also holds a C1 Advanced English Certification from Cambridge. With a background in hospitality, Raffa is known for her strong communication skills, welcoming presence, and attention to detail. At the firm, she supports both executive functions and marketing initiatives, blending professionalism with creativity. Aspiring to grow her career in marketing, Raffa is passionate about strengthening the firm’s outreach and client relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Victoria serves as the Chief Operating Officer here at Christmas Injury Lawyers. With more than a decade of management experience, she oversees the firm’s operations with a focus on efficiency, growth, and excellence. Her leadership is centered on building effective systems, supporting professional development, and ensuring the highest standard of service for clients.

Beyond her professional role, Victoria is a dedicated wife and mother of three boys. Her family remains her greatest source of inspiration, motivating her to lead with integrity, balance, and purpose both in the office and at home.
